Full Service
Auction or Event Consulting - $20/hour- includes a detailed timeline for any event, customized letters, procurement and marketing advice, volunteer management, registration & check out service, all aspects of the event planning, working with vendors and coordination for the day of the event. Does not include procuring items or supplying a guest list.
Golf Tournament Organization - $20/hour – includes choosing an appropriate location, timeline of the event, working with the golf course, assisting with advertising, running check in and managing volunteers. Does not include supplying a guest list.
A La Carte
Computerized Registration - $200 - includes a premade auction check in spread sheet, training for your staff members and set up/tear down. You must provide laptops and volunteers.
*You must use your own credit card processing company. We can recommend a company to use if you don't already have one.
Data Entry & Check Out - 1-200 attendees $500, 201-400 attendees $750, 401+ attendees $1000 – includes up to four staffed, networked laptops for data entry and check out. Bidders and items are entered ahead of time and sales are entered live throughout the auction. Receipts are generated at the end of the evening. Able to work hand in hand with Sid Voorhees and his team.
*Auction Pay is our preferred program. Using another program will require a $200 fee for staff time to learn it.

Pre-Event Consulting - $20/hour – consulting catered to the organization’s needs. Includes customized letters, an event timeline, auction forms, vendor suggestions, budgeting, task check list and any other advice needed to get started planning an event. Does not include procuring items or supplying a guest list.
